51-year-old client was involved in a crash at an intersection when a semi-truck disregarded a stoplight, thus crashing into the side of client’s van. Client’s injuries consisted of tibial plateau fracture of right knee and femur with surgical repair. Case settled prior to trial for $1,250,000.
